Intake- 17/5/13

Breakfast:
Porridge and green tea

Lunch:
Sandwich with avocado, tomato, cheese

Dinner:
Chicken and vegetable soup

Snack:
mandarin

Went to the gym for the first time in a while today and it felt so good! Happy to be back on track.

Intake- 27/7/12

Breakfast:
Carmen’s oats with soy milk, cup of tea

Lunch:
cup of strawberries, banana, small bag of popcorn

Dinner:
Light rye bread with organic peanut butter and an orange

Snack:
Green tea, small bag of popcorn

Didn’t eat much today, I haven’t been feeling hungry since being overseas but tomorrow I have a big day at the gym, yay it has been too long.

Bought new nike gym shorts and sports bra. They are so lovely I can’t wait to wear them.

Meals -Saturday 9th June

Breakfast:
Honey roasted nut organic oats with strawberries and soy milk

Lunch:
Organic peanut butter on multigrain bread, strawberries and an apple

Dinner:
Baked salmon with Garlic Dijon mustard and herbs and steamed veggies

Snacks:
mandarin

I had ballet this morning, went to body balance class and then burnt 600 calories at the gym

Meals - Thursday 7th June

Breakfast:
Carmens organic oats with soy milk, cup of green tea

Lunch:
Light Rye Bread with Ceres organic peanut butter and a banana

Dinner:
Salmon and avocado sushi

Snack:
Fruit wise bar

And I burnt 500 calories at the gym and went to pilates

Meals - Tuesday 6th June

Breakfast:
Carmens organic porridge with soy milk, cup of green tea

Lunch:
Piece of toasted light rye bread with a tbs of Ceres organic peanut butter and a banana on it

Dinner:
Steamed carrots and snow peas,cherry tomatoes and pesto chicken breast

Snack:
Fruit wise bar


And I burnt 600 cals at the gym

Bought myself a new yoga mat and stocked up on heaps of great food for the week!
